How do I book a studio?+
Go to the Rooms page, pick your studio, and click Explore and Book. Each room has its own booking calendar. You can also reach us via WhatsApp. All bookings are confirmed after bank transfer verification. We respond within 1 hour during operating hours.
What is the minimum booking time?+
The minimum booking across all rooms is 1 hour. Most clients book 2 to 4 hours depending on their session type. Podcast and brand shoot sessions typically run longer. We recommend booking conservatively and adding time if needed.
How does payment work?+
We accept bank transfer only. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before or at check-in. A refundable damage deposit is collected at check-in and returned after your session upon a clean room inspection.
What happens if I run over my booking time?+
Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the standard room rate. If the room is booked after you, we may not be able to extend. We always recommend booking with a comfortable buffer. Our team will give you a heads-up 15 minutes before your session ends.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your session receive a deposit credit valid for a future booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the deposit. We understand emergencies happen. Contact us and we'll do our best to work with you.
Is equipment included in the room price?+
Yes. All core equipment listed for each room is included in the hourly rate. Add-ons such as a teleprompter, camera operator, or editing services are available at an additional cost. Ask us when booking and we'll put together a package for you.
Do you have reliable power and internet?+
Yes. Power resilience and fast internet are built into our infrastructure. We understand the Lagos context and have specifically invested in backup power to ensure your session is never interrupted. Reliability is a core part of what S17 promises.
