Application, review, acceptance. Your place is held in writing. No payment at this stage.
- Launch rates locked for twelve months from opening.
- First selection of launch-week slots.
- A direct line to the studio manager.
- One free half-day, bookable in your first six months.
02Deposit₦250,000
Falls due when fit-out starts on site, and you will see it on the journal before you see the invoice. Credited in full against your bookings.
- Refunded in full if we have not opened by 30 September 2027.
The free half-day excludes the opening month, when launch-week slots are running.
You pay the ₦250,000 deposit when fit-out starts on site, not before. It is credited in full against your bookings, and returned in full if we have not opened by 30 September 2027.
You would be backing a building that is not finished. The refund date is how that stays fair.
