What we collect, and what we do with it.
Last updated 6 August 2026.
Who is responsible
OA Holdings Group Ltd, registered UK 16618085 / Nigeria RC 9245827, is the data controller. Reach us at hello@oastudio17.com.
What we collect
One thing only: what you type into the Founding 17 application form. That is your name, your email address, and optionally your business or brand, what kind of buyer you are, roughly how many shoots you do a month, and which room interests you most.
We do not run analytics, we do not set cookies, and there are no third-party tracking scripts on this site. Nothing about your visit is recorded unless you submit the form.
Why we collect it
To assess your application, to reply to it, and to keep you informed about the opening if you have applied. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who else sees it
The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts this site and processes the submission on our behalf. The contents reach the Studio 17 team by email. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as your application is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer questions about it. We are setting a specific retention period before launch and will publish it here. Ask us to delete your record at any time and we will.
What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, a restriction on how we use it, or a machine-readable export. You can also object to us using it. Emailhello@oastudio17.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the National Data Protection Commission in Nigeria.
Changes
Studio 17 has not opened. When booking goes live this notice will change, because we will then be handling booking and payment data. The updated date at the top will tell you when that happened.
