Who we are

Studio 17 is a project of OA Holdings Group Ltd, registered UK 16618085 / Nigeria RC 9245827.

The studio is not open

Studio 17 is in fit-out and is expected to open in March 2027. Nothing on this site is a booking, and no booking can be made. Rooms, rates, capacities and equipment described here are the intended specification and may change while the building is being finished. Where a figure is not yet confirmed we say so rather than estimate it.

Rates

Rates shown are starting rates per hour and are indicative until opening. The full rate card is issued with an enquiry. Rates exclude any add-ons and are subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking.

Founding 17 applications

Submitting the form is an application, not a purchase, and it does not create a contract. We review applications and then send payment details to those we accept. Nothing is taken at the point of applying.

If you are accepted and pay a deposit, that deposit is credited in full against your bookings, and refunded in full if we have not opened by 30 September 2027. The full terms of a founding membership are set out in the membership agreement, which is what governs it. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.

Published operating terms

The operating terms on the homepage, including the thirty-minute reset between bookings, the one-hour confirmation, thirty-minute overtime increments, the twenty-four hour cancellation window and time lost to power not being billed, are the terms we intend to operate under. They become contractual when booking opens.

Using this site

The text, drawings and design on this site belong to OA Holdings Group Ltd. You are welcome to link to it. Do not reproduce it as your own.

We keep the site accurate and correct it when it is wrong, which is why unconfirmed facts are shown as gaps rather than filled with estimates. We do not accept liability for decisions taken on the basis of a specification that is explicitly marked as not yet confirmed.
